Best Photo Locations in Vancouver

Vancouver has so many beautiful spots for engagement and wedding photos. As a professional makeup artist I’ve had the pleasure of going to many of these spots for styled photoshoots. Here are some that stand out:

Stanley Park -The views of Vancouver from the park are amazing. From scenic views of the city, and ocean there’s plenty of backdrop options. You can even run into the forest for a more dark and moody vibe. Its the perfect spot for any downtown Vancouver weddings as its only a quick drive and offers so much variety. Some of my favourite bridal photoshoots have been here in the rose garden.

The Peak Of Grouse Mountain - One of the most popular attractions in Vancouver is The Peak Of Grouse Mountain. It offers amazing views of Vancouver and surrounding areas including the North Shore Mountains and Howe Sound. Its a great spot for engagement photos and family photos if you’re willing to make the trip.

Queen Elizabeth Park - Queen Elizabeth Park is an urban park located in downtown Vancouver BC Canada It is one of the largest parks in all of Canada. It is one of the best places to see the Cherry Blossoms in Vancouver in the spring. So many of my clients have visited the park for their engagement photos during cherry blossom season and they turn out magical,

Whytecliff Park - My favourite photoshoot location to date. Located in West Vancouver Whytecliff park offers ocean front views. I’ve seen so many engagement and family photoshoots turn out beautifully with this back drop.
